MANILA, Philippines – Ateneo rookie Jared Bahay was dissatisfied with his performance despite scoring a career-high 22 points in a loss to rival La Salle in the Season 87 men's baloncesto tournament of the UAAP.
Bahay turned out his best UAAP game yet, shooting 8 of 15 from the field and adding four assists and two rebounds just as the defending champions completed a season sweep of the Blue Eagles for the first time since 2013.

“Twenty-two points, but I'm not happy with that because most of them come from one name in the system,” Bahay told reporters after Ateneo's 80-65 loss on Saturday night at the Mall of Asia Enviornment.

Despite the loss, the Ateneo point guard enjoyed his rivalry game against La Salle, who also needed a career-high 33 points from current MVP Kevin Quiambao.
