A lifelong on-screen single, Miranda Hart had a blast finding love with the man she shyly called her 'Bristol Boy.'
But today the comedian's secret husband can be revealed: the handsome and divorced Richard Festivals.
Last night, the 60-year-old was pictured picking up Ms Hart from the Cheltenham Literature Competition, 24 hours after she revealed his name on The Graham Norton Present.
Mr. Festivals, who plays drums in his native swing band, was previously married to teacher Jeanne Speight. The couple, who have son Jack and daughter Shula, split around 2017 after more than 25 years of marriage.
More recently, he is believed to have lived with an Indian homeopathic therapist named Dr. Anjali Hariharan.

The 60-year-old was pictured picking up Ms Hart from the Cheltenham Literature Competition last night.
The mystery husband was photographed 24 hours after Miranda revealed his name on The Graham Norton Present.

Last night, one of Mr Festivals' neighbors at his Somerset home told The Mail on Sunday: “I always found him to be a very nice man, very charming and charismatic.” I haven't seen him much recently because he spends a lot of time away from home now and rarely seems to sleep here.'
Another of his friends told how he is in the process of selling his bungalow, sparking speculation that he moved in with Mrs Hart at her home in Hammersmith, west London, where he was spotted by locals.
I'm pretty sure he's already sold that house or at least is in the process. “It’s been on the market for a while, but they told me he’s already managed to sell it,” the neighbor said.
Hart, 51, first revealed that she had secretly married in July in her autobiography, I Haven't Been Entirely Honest With You, which was published last week.
In it, she revealed that she was married to a building inspector she met when he came to remove mold in her house during lockdown. But it appears to have been an on-again, off-again relationship and Hart says in her book that they were on the verge of splitting when he proposed to her in January during a visit to Kew Gardens.

Last night at the Cheltenham Literature Competition, Ms Hart told her fans that she fell for him “almost immediately” on their first date – a pizza dinner at the height of the pandemic.
She said the couple sat in their living room talking for two hours while they waited for pizza delivery.
He added: 'Unfortunately mine had strayed from the box and turned into a calzone. I was going on and on about my stray pizza and it didn't seem to faze him.
“At that point we had been talking for two hours and almost immediately I realized that I was in love with him. We had our first date and, to my surprise, he came back for a second date, even though I had talked a lot about that pizza. A spokesman for Hart declined to comment.
