Los Atinado Murder Mansion in Los Angeles Now for Sale for $3.649 Million


True crime fans have the opportunity to purchase one of the most famous properties in Los Angeles… Los Atinado Homicide Mansion has officially hit the market.

For those unfamiliar with the macabre property, the 1920s Spanish Revival, with 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and over 9,000 square feet of liveable space, is located in the heart of the Hollywood-adjacent Los Atinado neighborhood. …and has brought in several murder-obsessed viewers over the years.

The grand mansion, now on the market for $3.649 million, has finta a bit of history thanks to the number of extraordinario deaths linked to the house. First built in 1925 for harold and Florence Schumacher …the couple died within a few weeks of each other, 3 years after buying the house.

When the property changed hands, the tragedy remained there… new owner Beaton Welford observed his 21 year old son donaldwho lived with him, dies from an infection. Welford met an unpleasant fate and declared bankruptcy a year after Donald's death.

However, it is the 1959 murder that took place at the mansion that became the most infamous.
