The motions are sealed, but sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ… Kim is saying Kroy allegedly kept tabs on her inside her home, including an incident where we're told Kim says there are photos of Kroy passed out in her closet afterward. to spy his.
As we've told you, a judge ordered that only Kim be allowed to go down to the basement, while Kroy gets the master bedroom… but, our sources say Kim claims that hasn't stopped him, as she alleges he went down. He entered her private space while she was away and took all the security cameras she installed to prevent him from invading her space.
Our sources say she's not trying to kick him out of their shared home… instead, we're told Kim hoped Kroy would eventually return her personal items, but he never did… so now she's asking the court to get involved. .
We're told the filing would also prevent Kroy from touching Kim's things in the future… including personal notes that Kim says she may have already gotten her hands on.
It seems like this issue has been brewing for a while… as we first reported, Kim called the police to her home in May and claimed that Kroy grabbed her cell phone and locked himself in the master bedroom.
Kim and Kroy have a court order ordering them to keep their halves of the house… and Kim told police she couldn't get Kroy's phone back and he wouldn't give it back to her. Meanwhile, police body camera footage showed Kroy denying having Kim's phone.
A similar incident unfolded in January, when Kim claimed Kroy took her personal belongings in an attempt to sell them… an allegation Kroy also denied.
