Cuba's capital remains paralyzed as the island prepares for a fourth night of blackouts after the arrival of Hurricane Oscar. Protests broke out in urban areas such as Havana, with residents banging pots, blocking streets and demanding water. The government issued stern warnings against unrest, while six people were reported dead due to the impact of the storm.
