Katie shared a snap of the comment and admitted that while she doesn't usually call out cruel posts, this one was “beyond anything” she could handle and added to the “heavy burden” she was already carrying.

Earlier this year, Katie opened up and revealed “the one thing” that helped her gain confidence after the acid attack.
