“He [Pro-life] The topic is the most important for me,” Butker, 29, said during an appearance on FOX Information’s “The Ingraham Angle” on Thursday.
“I want us to fight for the most vulnerable, for the unborn, and that is what we must prioritize,” Harrison explained.
FYI, Butker is deeply religious and does not believe in abortion.
The 8-year NFL veteran went on to say… “I think we have to vote for whoever is most pro-life and we have to be men of prayer who put God first. I think that's the best.” for our country.”
Butker is not the first person in the Chiefs universe to indicate that they support Trump's bid to become president of the United States again. Brittany Mahomes, PatricianThe wife of, apparently supports #45. It's unclear where the three-time NFL MVP quarterback stands politically.
Same deal with Travis Kelce …who has not publicly supported any candidate. Trav's girlfriend. Taylor Swiftendorsed Harris last month.
Butker also addressed his Polarizing graduation speech at Benedictine School in May… and the kicker expressed sadness that his comments were taken in a “bad way.”
Some accused Harrison of being a misogynist… but he says his intention was exactly the opposite.
“I was trying to talk about the lives of so many women who have dedicated their lives to being a homemaker, being the one who raises children, and it's a beautiful role, but it's not a role that should be looked down upon,” Butker told Ingraham.
