“@jason.kelce is a pure investigative journalist uncovering the hidden truth,” the actress, 37, wrote via her Instagram Story on Friday, October 18, along with a clip of Jason and his brother. Travis Kelce discussing the 2005 coming-of-age film on the recent episode of his Maravilloso+ film club podcast “New Heights.”
Animated starred The brotherhood of traveling pants next to Alexis Bledel, amber tamblyn and America Ferrera. The film, based on the book series of the same name, follows four friends who decide to stay connected by sharing a pair of pants, which magically fit their very different bodies, while they spend summer vacation apart.
In addition to applauding Jason's thoughtful response to the film, Energetic also shared a fun fact about the book that the author Ann Brashares he told the actresses on set.
“Author @annbrashares shared with us while making the movie that she actually added the pants after writing the book because she was given the note to add a 'magical element,'” she continued. “Mind you, that was when Harry Potter came out, so everyone was looking for magic in books for young people.”
Energetic explained that Brashares decided to use the pants as a “tangible element” to emphasize the “sometimes inexplicable magic of female bonding.”

“And there you have the travel pants,” he wrote. “The Brotherhood of Traveling Jeggings was not very successful. Now it would be the Brotherhood of Printed Jean Pajama Pants. “I'm here for everything.”
Tamblyn, 41, also responded to the Kelces' thoughts via Instagram Story on Friday. “5 out of 5 footballs for this review, gentlemen,” he wrote. “Good job. You are both now honorary members of the Brotherhood. Well, Tibby.
On the Thursday, October 17, episode, Jason, 36, shared that he thought The brotherhood of traveling pants “It wasn't a bad movie” overall. However, he was upset that the titular pants did not play a larger role in the film's plot.

Both Jason and Travis raved about Energetic's performance in the film. The Kansas Metropolis Chiefs player joked that he “might have been a little biased” toward his girlfriend Taylor Swift's best friend. However, the brothers couldn't help but poke fun at Energetic for some of its sports scenes.
“A lot of the movie is just Bridget running,” Jason said. “I must admit it wasn't the best run. “Blake, I love you, it doesn’t sound like the career of a star athlete to me.”
Travis laughed and added that running while talking shows that the actress has “good stamina.”
“Running like that and talking? I would be fucking exhausted and I would be a lot worse trying to spit out my lines if I was running while talking,” Travis admitted.
