In response to racist rhetoric used by a comedian at Donald Trump's Madison Square Backyard rally over the weekend, US President Joe Biden referred to Trump supporters as “trash” in a call with the Hispanic advocacy group Voto Latino on Tuesday night, immediately drawing the ire of the former president and the Republican media.
