An Italian court on Friday ruled against the detention of the first migrants sent to Albania, thwarting the right-wing government's plan to outsource the processing of asylum seekers to the non-EU country. Prime Minister Meloni's nationalist Brothers of Italy party criticized the ruling and Inside Minister Matteo Piantedosi said the administration would appeal the court's decision.
