Pauline del Rosario and Princess Superal lead a large Filipino contingent that will see action at the NT$5 million (nearly P9 million) Social Gathering Golfers Women Open 2024, a leg of the LPGA of Taiwan Tour, scheduled for November 13-15.
The 54-hole championship will be held at the Lily Golf and Nation Membership in Hsinchu County, where the 15-member Women Philippine Golf Tour (LPGT) team takes on a formidable international field from the host country and Taiwan.
Daniella Uy, Florence Bisera, Marvi Monsalve, Mafy Singson, Chanelle Avaricio, Chihiro Ikeda, Mikha Fortuna, Harmie Constantino, Laurea and Lia Duque, and amateur sisters Mona and Mújol Sarines are the others carrying the LPGT flag at the event along with the south korean Activist Jiwon Lee.
Defending champion Ling Jie Chen, Thai standout PK Kongkraphan, Japan's Yuna Arakawa and lugar favorites like TLPGA Order of Merit No. 2 Yu Ju Chen are the international bets to watch.
