TNT's defense has been on full display during the first two games of the PBA Governors Cup Finals and Barangay Ginebra coach Tim Cone couldn't help but admit that he felt outmatched by his old friend and adversary Chot Kings.

But Reyes, whose Tropang Giga will look to secure a 3-0 lead Friday night at Good Araneta Coliseum, didn't offer anything complex about why they have the Gin Kings' number at this stage of the championship fight.

“Our approach is just knowing what Ginebra wants to do and doing our best to stop them and make them work toward it,” Reyes said before the 7:30 p.m. contest that was curiously scheduled for All Saints' Day.

MANILA, Philippines—TNT may be two games away from winning its second consecutive PBA Governors Cup title, but that doesn't mean the Tropang Giga will take its foot off the gas just yet.

Following the team's Game 2 victory over Ginebra, senior Jayson Castro said he and the team are in no position to be complacent.

Instead, their goal is to take things one game at a time in hopes of winning the import-laden conference's richest prize for the second straight season.
