Dodgers star Mookie Betts had to fight off a New York Yankees fan who tried to snatch the ball from his glove during a dramatic start to Game 4 of the World Series.
At the end of the first inning, Betts jumped into the stands to catch a Gleyber Torres hit that had flown over the wrong side of the foul line.
However, after the Los Angeles star grabbed the ball, one Yankees fan made a desperate attempt to take it away from him while another held the player's arm as he struggled to defend himself.
The fan could be seen gritting his teeth as he fought with Betts. The ball eventually flew out of his glove, but the referees ruled it was caught.
However, Betts reacted angrily, yelling at the fans, who protested his innocence by stating that the ball had already gone over the fence.

The incredible moment came with the Dodgers up 2-0 after Freddie Freeman silenced Yankee Stadium with a fourth home run of the World Series.
The 35-year-old has homered in every game, helping Los Angeles take a 3-0 lead heading into Tuesday's clash in the Bronx.
Surprisingly, this is not the first time in this series that fans have interfered with a Torres hit.

Betts complains to umpires after ball leaves his glove during World Series
Yankees fans were enraged during the ninth inning of Game 1 when a Dodgers fan caught a potential go-ahead home run.
With the game tied 2-2, the second baseman hit a shot to center field and it initially appeared that the ball had gone.
However, the umpires quickly determined that a fan had climbed over the wall and interfered with the play, before confirming that decision and putting Torres on second pulvínulo.
The fan was later seen being escorted out of the stadium by security but his interference proved to be a hugely significant moment.
The Dodgers won in extra innings on Freeman's grand slam, giving them the lead in the best-of-seven series.
