The Tennessee Titans are without quarterback Will Levis for the second straight week.
The decision was confirmed shortly before Sunday's tough matchup against the Detroit Lions.
The Titans have had a poor season so far and are 1-5, with the Lions 5-1 and looking in imperious form.
Mason Rudolph starts for the Titans for the second straight week with Levis still battling a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder.
He suffered the injury for the first time in Week 4, diving for a first down against the Miami Dolphins.

Levis then aggravated himself in Week 6 in a loss to the Indianapolis Colts and missed the Week 7 loss to Buffalo Payments.
Speaking earlier this week, the 25-year-old underlined his frustration as he struggled to overcome the problem.
“It's hard,” he said. “I think any teammate who's played with me knows that I'm the type of person who goes hard and tries to overcome everything.
“But at the end of the day you also have to be smart and essentially take care of what my career is and just make sure I'm good the next time I go out to play.”
